Forward Thinking Fellowship Event on the Principles of Leadership, 23 April 2026

On 23 April, Forward Thinking Fellowship programme hosted a talk on the principles of leadership. The discussion highlighted how values and purpose, rather than external validation or reputation, should form the foundation of leadership, with pride and identity coming from within rather than from status, image, or qualifications.

It also highlighted that leadership shapes culture: the standards, behaviours, and mindset demonstrated at the top are often reflected throughout an organisation. When leaders align their actions with clear values and direction, people are more likely to follow, enabling the organisation to thrive.
