Oliver McTernan and Julian Weinberg visited Helsinki 1st-3rd March for meetings with both the Finnish Foreign Ministry and Members of Parliament to discuss the Helsinki Policy Forum and developments in the region.  

Discussions focused on the challenges of the ongoing conflicts in the region including Syria and Libya and how the Helsinki Policy Forum can contribute to efforts aimed at de-escalating tensions.
