Meeting with HRH Prince Hassan

On 24 February 2026, Oliver and Jordan travelled to Amman. Meetings were held with HRH Prince Hassan, senior officials within King Abdullah’s political team, and senior officials at UNRWA HQ.

In addition, several meetings were held with H.E. Sharhabeel Al Zaaem, the Palestinian Minister of Justice, to discuss the deteriorating situation in the West Bank, as well as with Philip Hall, the British Ambassador to Jordan.
