Alice Copland is the Programme Manager at Forward Thinking. She manages programmes and dialogue processes in the Gulf-MENA region. This includes our Women Parliamentarian Network which brings together women parliamentarians and experts from across the Gulf-MENA and Europe to address common challenges. Alice worked on the UK programme as a Programme Officer between 2020-2022.
Alice received an MA in Conflict Resolution in Divided Societies from King’s College London. Prior to this, she studied Politics and Central and East European Studies at the University of Glasgow. She is an alumnus of the Olive Tree Initiative, a university-led programme that promotes conflict analysis and resolution through academic research and experiential education with a focus on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
