Annual Report 2015-16

Our Annual Report 2015-16 provides a summary of our activities over the course of that period, across our programmes. Below is a message from our Chairman, William Sieghart CBE:

It has been another challenging year for the Forward Thinking team. With conflicts raging across the region, FT’s staff have been busy engaging with all sides in the Tunisian, Libyan and Israeli/Palestinian situations to try and make some genuine progress.

Our Helsinki Process has brought leading actors from North Africa and the Middle East into dialogue with Western governments and our Fellowship Programme is developing a whole new generation of young people interested in conflict resolution and the region’s issues. Meanwhile, our UK programme continues to build bridges between some of the most isolated and marginalised communities and the political establishment.

On behalf of the trustees, I would like thank Oliver McTernan and the team for their extraordinary commitment and tireless effort. We could not be more proud of their work and endeavour.
